Questions
What is early-access pricing?
We're in our launch period, so everyone who joins now pays a discounted price, shown next to the regular price (crossed out). Your early-access price is locked for 6 months from the day you start paying. After that, the regular price applies.
What happens after the free days?
Your first 30 days are free on any plan, with no credit card. Before they end we ask whether you want to continue. If you don't, nothing is charged.
What does "up to N services" mean?
Each plan covers a number of services and you choose which ones: for example SEO and website content on Starter. You can swap services any time. If you want more than your plan covers, you move up to the next plan.
What are credits?
Credits pay for one-off work on top of your services: an extra article, images, an ad set, a short video or a landing page. Every plan includes credits each month, unused credits roll over for 3 months, and you can buy more any time.
Does anything go live without me?
No. Every article, post, newsletter and change to your website waits for your approval first.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Pay for 10 months and get 12, so 2 months are free.
