What we collect
When you submit a URL for a GEO audit, we collect the URL, your email address, your IP address, and browser user agent. We also collect analytics data (pages visited, buttons clicked) via PostHog, and error reports via Sentry.
How we use it
We use your email to deliver your audit report and a follow-up email sequence about improving your AI visibility. We use your URL to run the audit. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Email marketing
By submitting your email you opt in to a short email sequence (up to 5 emails over 14 days). You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any email. We use Resend to deliver emails.
Data retention
Audit reports are retained for 30 days from the date of the audit. Lead records (email + URL) are retained for 12 months. You can request deletion by emailing shachar@shacharshamir.com.
Third-party services
We use Supabase (database), Resend (email), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), HubSpot (CRM), and OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity, and Google (LLM providers). Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Database access is protected by Row Level Security. Admin access requires magic-link authentication.
