Who we are
YaBaDo provides AI-driven marketing services for small and medium businesses through a dashboard at yabado.ai, and a free GEO (AI-visibility) audit tool. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including data you connect from Google.
Information we collect
Account and business details you provide during onboarding (name, email, website, goals, and preferences); free-audit inputs (the URL and email you submit); usage and diagnostic data (pages visited, actions taken, error reports); and, where you choose to connect them, data from third-party platforms you authorize - including Google.
Google user data we access
When you connect your Google account via Google OAuth, and only with your explicit consent, we access: Google Analytics 4 (scope analytics.readonly) - traffic and engagement metrics for your properties; Google Search Console (scope webmasters.readonly) - search performance, queries, impressions, clicks and rankings; and Google Business Profile (scope business.manage) - your business locations and customer reviews, and the ability to publish review replies that you approve. We request read-only access wherever a read-only scope exists.
How we use Google user data
We use Google user data solely to provide and improve the marketing services you signed up for: generating your reports and insights, tracking performance against your goals, and carrying out actions you explicitly approve (such as replying to a review). We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Limited Use (Google API Services User Data Policy)
YaBaDo's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our service; we do not transfer this data except as necessary to provide or improve those features, with your consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law; we do not use the data for serving advertisements; and we do not allow humans to read the data unless we have your consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
How we share information
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers (subprocessors) we use to run YaBaDo, each under their own privacy terms, and where required by law or to protect our rights.
Storage and security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is restricted and authenticated. OAuth tokens for connected accounts are stored securely and used only to perform the functions described above. You can revoke our access at any time.
Data retention and deletion
We keep account and connected-account data for as long as your account is active. Free-audit reports are retained for 30 days. When you disconnect a Google account, or delete your YaBaDo account, we stop accessing that data and delete stored tokens. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@yabado.ai.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google (or any connected platform) at any time from your YaBaDo dashboard, and you can revoke YaBaDo's access directly in your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email.
Third-party services
We rely on providers including Resend (email), PostHog (product analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity) to deliver features. Each has its own privacy policy.
