Your customers are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini who to buy from. Those answers name three or four companies. GEO services from YaBaDo make sure one of them is you - and we ship the fixes ourselves instead of sending you a list.
Free audit, no call required. You see the report before you talk to anyone.
Generative engine optimization (GEO) is the practice of making a brand more likely to be named and cited inside AI-generated answers, such as those from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. Where SEO competes for a position in a ranked list of links, GEO competes to be the source the model quotes when it writes the answer itself.
They are not rivals. GEO sits on top of SEO, and anyone who tells you it replaces SEO is selling you something.
| SEO | GEO | |
|---|---|---|
| What you win | A position in a list of ten links | A named mention inside one synthesised answer |
| How many winners | Ten per page, plus page two | Usually three or four. There is no page two |
| What gets read | The whole page, ranked as a document | Individual passages, quoted out of context |
| What moves the needle | Keywords, links, page experience | Entity clarity, citable passages, being cited elsewhere |
| How you measure it | Rankings, impressions, clicks | Mention rate, position in answer, citation share |
Six workstreams. Every one of them produces something that ships, not something you file.
Four steps, and the first one is free and needs nothing from you but a URL.
Paste your URL. In about 90 seconds you get a real report - mention rate, position, citations, competitor map, technical gaps and five ranked fixes.
You see exactly what we would change, in what order, and what each fix is worth. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Schema, llms.txt, rewrites and new pages get built and shipped - not emailed to you as recommendations.
Everything goes to you for a thumbs-up before it goes live. Then we re-run the audit monthly and show the delta.
A traditional agency bills you for the hours it takes to write a schema block. We do not have that problem, so we can do the boring work at a scale that actually moves citations.
Every action your agents take is logged, visible, and undoable. No black box, no monthly PDF that explains what we would have done.
The audit is the start, not the deliverable. Schema, llms.txt, rewrites and new pages get built and shipped.
Every change queues for your approval first. You are the gate, and the gate has an undo button.
The free audit on day one is the same audit we re-run every month. You can check our work with our own tool.
Generative engine optimization (GEO) is the practice of making a brand more likely to be named and cited inside AI-generated answers - ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude and Google AI Overviews. Where SEO optimises for a ranked list of links, GEO optimises for being the source an AI model quotes when it writes the answer itself.
SEO competes for a position in a list of ten blue links. GEO competes to be inside a single synthesised answer, where there is no second page and often only three or four cited sources. The underlying technical work overlaps - crawlability, structure, authority - but the writing is different: AI engines lift self-contained passages, so a page that buries its answer in paragraph nine will rank fine and get cited never.
Yes. Most AI answers are still grounded in web search results, so a page an engine cannot find in the index cannot be cited either. GEO is a layer on top of solid SEO, not a replacement for it.
Technical fixes - crawlability, schema, llms.txt - can change what an engine can read within days of being re-crawled. Mention rate and citation share move more slowly, usually over two to three monthly measurement cycles, because they depend on the engines re-reading your site and on the authority signals around it.
The same 25 buyer-intent questions, re-run every month against every engine. We track mention rate (how often you are named at all), average position within the answer, and citation share (how often your site is linked as a source). It is the same audit you get for free on day one, so the baseline and the result are directly comparable.
Businesses whose buyers research before they buy, and who already have a real site with real pages. If nobody asks an AI assistant for a recommendation in your category yet, GEO is early for you and we will say so on the audit call.

The audit is free, takes about 90 seconds, and tells you whether you need GEO at all. If the engines already name you, we will say so.
