The service
YaBaDo provides AI-driven marketing services for small and medium businesses - including SEO, content, social media, ads, and reviews management - through a dashboard, plus a free GEO (AI-visibility) audit tool. The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the authority to act for the business you register.
Connected accounts
You may connect third-party accounts (such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile, and advertising or website platforms) so our agents can do their work. By connecting an account you confirm you are authorized to grant that access, and you can revoke it at any time from your dashboard or from the provider. We access connected data only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Approvals and actions
Actions that change your properties - publishing content, applying site changes, replying to reviews, or managing campaigns - are carried out only with your approval. You are responsible for the actions you approve.
Plans, trials and billing
Paid plans may include a free trial. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Pricing shown during onboarding is indicative and confirmed before any charge.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. Reports and recommendations are indicative only, and we make no guarantee of specific rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
Acceptable use
You may only submit URLs and connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You may not use YaBaDo to generate spam, to mislead, or in violation of any third-party platform's terms. We may suspend or block accounts that abuse the service.
Intellectual property
Your content and reports are yours. The YaBaDo platform, its agents, methodology, and software are proprietary; you may not reproduce or resell them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YaBaDo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
